We had wonderful experience shopping for bikes today. Staff are friendly, informative and helpful. Thanks to Ben and Mark (not sure of the name) who has willingly provided their expertise. And the man i spoke to in the phone yesterday was also very accommodating. Best customer service and wide availability of bicycles on stock.

I had some problems with my bike & needed some extra parts and was so impressed by the staff: Izzy & Mark were amazingly helpful. I was impressed with their genuine care and attention in helping me fix some issues on my bike. The workshop and sales team worked together on the spot and went above and beyond in helping me fix my bike. I especially appreciated Mark’s focus on safety. Thank you!

Great shop - has just about every Trek product in the catalogue, well laid out and organised, pleasant space. The service from Trent and Mark is always fantastic - they clearly love bikes, know their stuff and are always happy to help. Oh and they also have great deals, including a clearance section is always worth a look!

Excellent, knowledgeable staff who are only to happy to assist and go that extra mile. They are themselves passionate about all things cycling . Drop in , have a chat and check out the massive range of bikes, accessories, clothing and their service bay. Great staff, great shop and of course the unbeatable TREK Bikes.

Couldn't rate this place higher. Was abit skeptical when people say that they go the extra mile however I was proved very wrong. Service was incredible and Mark went out of his way to help. You can tell he is really passionate about bikes and knows his stuff.

I went into Trek Woolloongabba today for assistance as the Roscoe I bought has required 3 services / adjustments in 8 months despite infrequent use. The Customer service by the staff was appalling. All they did was point out every scratch on the bike and said the bike has been mistreated. I won’t be buying another Trek or recommending the brand.
